Renovation of a municipal facility in Irvine, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City of Irvine has determined that all bidders on the forthcoming bid for the CIVIC CENTER GENERATOR REPLACEMENT AND SECURED LOT ELECTRICAL UPGRADES, CIP 361714 and CIP 362001 to be undertaken by the City of Irvine must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid for this Contract. It is mandatory that all Contractors who intend to submit a bid fully complete the pre-qualification questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by the City of Irvine to be on the final qualified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor that has failed to comply with these requirements. Firms must also check the website periodically for addenda information as failure to download any and all addenda will result in disqualification. The estimated value of construction is $1,676,710.00. The project consists of the civic center generator replacement and secured lot electrical upgrades.
