Site work and paving for a civil project in Whitefish, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed project involves an overlay and drainage improvement split into two schedules. Schedule 1: Asphalt Pavement Overlay includes an asphalt pavement overlay, tie-in milling, gravel shouldering, and utility cover adjustments. Schedule 2: Drainage Improvement includes excavation, inlet and pipe installation, and site restoration. All Bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents on file with Robert Peccia & Associates, 102 Cooperative Way, Suite 300, Kalispell, Montana, (406) 752-5025. Completion of the work is required within (12) calendar days following commencement of work. Each bidder will be required to be registered with the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry prior to bidding this project. The Lion Mountain Owners Association reserves the right to reject all Bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, irregular, non-responsive or conditional Bids.
