Metric Ton Diesel Powered That will fit our existing Helac Power Tilt Pin Grabber model PT10. A detailed list of specifications must be obtained by contacting the LYIPBOC. No bid for new excavator will be considered unless; Accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid and a 6 year, 6000 hour guaranteed repurchase contract. The board reserves the right to hold the bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, to accept Any bid they deem to be in the best interest of LYIPBOC, or to accept Any bid they deem to be the best value with the best previous experience of LYIPBOC or its neighbors. If selected the bid will be ordered within 30 days. The board will also consider a separate bid for a low hour excavator with less than 1400 hours that comes with a full machine 1 year warranty and meets a minimum of 90% of the bid specs and is of 2018 -2022 manufacture. That bid will be accepted with a written full machine warranty for 1 year from date of Delivery to LYIPBOC and 1,200 additional hours. The District Board can grant exceptions to any requirement if the Board deems it in the Best Interest of the Districts.
