The work shall include, but not limited to, furnishing labor, equipment, supplies not provided by the Department, tools and materials required to effectively maintain and operate the rest area including the rest rooms, grounds, parking lots and all other facilities within the rest area proper. The scope of the work does not include the maintenance, repair, or removal of snow from the parking lots including entrances and exits to the parking lots of the rest area.. 1.
