The City of Gladstone is requesting qualifications and proposals from professional engineering firms to assist in the design of improvements to North Oak Trafficway in Downtown Gladstone from approximately NE 69th Street to NE 72nd Street. This Request for Proposals does not commit the City of Gladstone to award a contract, to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal, or to procure of contract the services of supplies. The City reserves the right to accept or reject and or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified source, or to cancel, in part or in its entirety, the Request for Proposals if it is in their best interest.
