Happy Rock Park Trail Replacement All bids must be submitted in accordance with forms and conditions set forth in the Bidding Documents. The project consists of the removal of approximately 1,800-linear feet of existing 8-foot asphalt trail and the installation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of new 10-foot wide concrete trail and related appurtenances. Pursuant to Section 292.675, RSMO, the Contractor shall provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for all on-site employees.
