**As of August 31, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the replastering of (1) lap pool and (1) recreation swimming pool at the BSU Recreation Center. The replastering will include the pool drainage, the removal of all unsound existing plaster, surface prep for replastering, replastering per the National Plasters Council (NPC) requirements, replace all broken, chipped or missing tile, repair grout, clean & polish tile, repair damaged gutter grates, and replace existing drains, Bid Alternate 1 will include the removal and replacement of all concrete pool decking control joint caulking. Bid Alternate 2 will include the pool start-up procedures per the NPC requirements. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
