Site work for a residential development in Newmarket, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a residential development.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a perimeter and unit privacy fence at Mulock Village, located at 507 Needler Crescent, Newmarket, Ontario. All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $40,000 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Schedules A and B to the Bid Form. Bid Documents and to address questions regarding the Request for Tender as well as the electronic submission requirements. All questions and responses will be recorded through formal minutes of the meeting and will be issued in an addendum.
