The preventative maintenance, inspection services and deficiency repairs are intended to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment to maintain facility functionality. Demand/ emergency repairs would be on an as needed basis. The term of contract for completion of the work is two (2) years, on commencing on date of award and ending on December 31, 2024.
