Traffic Engineering Services Lower Salford Township, Montgomery County, PA Request for Statements of Qualifications Notice is hereby given that Lower Salford Township will retain an engineering firm to act as Lower Salford Township Municipal Traffic Engineer. The selection of the Municipal Traffic Engineer will be valid for no more than 5 years. The firm must be a registered ECMS business partner. Lower Salford Township will establish an order of ranking of a minimum of 3 firms for the purpose of negotiating an agreement based on the Townships evaluation of the Statements of Interest received in response to this solicitation. The final rankings will be established directly from the Statements of Interest. Lower Salford Township encourages responses from small firms, minority firms, and firms that have not previously performed work for Lower Salford Township. For federally funded agreements assigned to the Municipal Engineer exceeding $100,000, there may be a DBE goal requirement. If prime is not a DBE firm, a DBE engineering firm may be selected specific to each project need and can be added at a later time upon approval of Lower Salford Township. Specific DBE firms do not need to be identified in the Statement of Interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
