The Johnson County Board of Commissioners is seeking to establish a partnership with a qualified Energy Services Company (ESCO) that is capable of providing a comprehensive infrastructure renewal program including, but not limited to, energy and water efficiency improvements for facilities owned by the County. "ESCO" refers to any NAESCO-accredited, GEFA prequalified Energy Service Company that is qualified to provide a comprehensive and turnkey energy conservation program. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-37-1 through 50-37-8, this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to solicit qualifications from qualified energy service companies (Respondents) with capabilities to develop, design, install, and manage performance of an energy efficiency and conservation program for the Johnson County Board of Commissioners ("Owner"). For the purpose of this RFQ, "Respondent" refers to any entity or team that is qualified to provide all of the energy efficiency and conservation services as listed in this request. It is the intent of Owner to select the Respondent identified as the most highly qualified provider to the Owner, and to enter into an agreement to provide comprehensive energy efficiency and conservation services to Owner. Owner will provide all utility data and required facility information upon selection of ESCO. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
