Project Name: Thermal Storage - Balance of Plant Project Project Description: Balance of Plant work includes installation of piping, control valve actuators and exterior overhead pipe rack to connect a new 3M gallon thermal storage tank to the University Chilled Water Building; update chilled water plant controls to integrate with the existing utility plant supervisory control system (TAS) and startup of the system; add VFD's to existing pumps; install two (2) cooling towers; add additional plates to existing heat exchanger; and install underground piping to connect thermal tank basin to existing water, sanitary and storm drain, including earthwork and paving. The last day for submitting clarifying questions will be August 2nd, 2022 at 2:00pm (PST).
