PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 8/30/2023. PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to perform the required work to replace windows in Building 1 per the plans and specifications. Contractor Shall use the Plans & Specifications, 519-22-400 Replace Windows in Building 1 . The scope of this project will require coordination between the contactor, COR, CO, and VA staff. Ultimately the means and methods to perform this work and determine a sequence of work will be determined by the contractor. The location of this project is building 1 at the Big Spring Location of the West Texas VA Health Care System. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238150 with a small business size standard of $19M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Per FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Dollars.
