REPLACEMENT OF HVAC UNITS TO PREVENT SPREAD OF INFECTIOUS AEROSOLS The Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") is permitting the use of Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds for a range of eligible activities that prevent and respond to the spread of infectious diseases such as the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Applicants must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and City statutes, rules, regulations, and record-keeping requirements. See RFP for further guidance. The City of North Little Rock encourages participation of small, minority, and woman-owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, professional services, and construction. It is further requested that whenever possible, contractors who require subcontractors, seek qualified small, minority, and woman-owned businesses to partner with them.
