The scope of this project is to procure directly from the manufacturer the supply of two (2) Automatic Cleaning Mechanical Bar Screens and one (1) Automatic Screenings Screw Conveyor for the White Oak Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant. Proposals will be considered based on cost, lead time, and past performance in supplying similar equipment. A bid bond at the amount of five (5) percent of bid proposal shall be submitted with the bid proposal. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. North Little Rock Wastewater reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for their best interest.
