RTU Replacement at Hunterdon County Vocational School District Central Campus The Bid Documents have been prepared by Settembrino Architects with an office at 37 E Washington Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716. Rebids shall be submitted and must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated by the Specifications. Rebids are to be submitted as follows: hand delivery, sent UPS or Federal Express, or similar courier service, no rebids are to be sent via regular mail. No rebid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the rebids. Each rebid shall be accompanied by the following: 1. Bid Guarantee Guarantee payable to the Board of Education that the bidder, if the contract is awarded to him, will enter into a contract thereof. Guarantee shall be in the amount of 10% of the rebid, but not in excess of $20,000 and may be in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. 2. Consent of Surety Certificate from a surety company as per N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A-25, stating that it will provide the bidder with a bond in such sum and form as required in the Specifications. 3. Pre-Qualification Affidavit showing pre-qualifications in accordance with the standards of and by The New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Building and Construction and the New Jersey Schools Development Authority. 4. DPMC Notice of Classification Showing Pre-qualifications in accordance with the standards of and by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, for bids $20,000 and over.
