The Municipality of Blue Sea plans to have the snow removal and abrasive spreading work carried out between November 1 and March 31 of each year, for the winter seasons of 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. . The works must be carried out on the entire road network, over a total length of 65 km. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work in accordance with the clauses of this call for tenders. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion. The Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the SEAO website, at www.seao.ca. The fees are set according to the rates established by the SEAO.
