A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Professional services shall include but not be limited to the design, permitting, and engineering services for the Class I Phase V cell and associated access roads located at the St. Lucie County Baling and Recycling. The proposed Phase V cell will be approximately 21 acres in size. The design will include the Phase V bottom liner system, leachate conveyance, and stormwater management facilities. The scope will also include the capping/dismantling of existing leachate collection systems and relocation of existing utilities, and road(s) as necessary. Cell liner to tie into existing Phase IIIB and Phase IV A berms and liner systems. Phase V will be located immediately to the west of the existing Class I Landfill Phase IV A.
