LOT # 1 - Parking lot cleaning: - Pressure wash all painted curbs, crosswalks, speed bumps, stall lines, numbering to prep for striping, as well as moss on asphalt to ensure proper paint adhesion. - Sweeper truck to collect spoils after pressure washing (or equivalent). - Disposal of all materials. LOT # 2 - Stripe: - Ennis heavy-duty traffic grade paint (or equivalent). - Sweeper truck to clean areas prior to striping (or equivalent). - Paint parking stalls, ADA's, speed bumps, crosswalks (stencils), numbers (at rear of stalls (not curb) and all curbs as existing. - Striping to be completed in 3-6 mobilizations. - Attached to this bid package is a form called Maintenance Wage Rate Determination - Non Routine Maintenance. These wage rates (Basic Wage plus Fringe Wage) that are applicable to this project shall be paid by the contractor to the employee(s) working only on HACC properties/projects. These wage rates (Basic Wage plus Fringe Wage) shall be included in the pricing above on labor/install type work. - In order to meet HUD's procurement and wage requirements, HACC has implemented procedures to meet these requirements. These procedures may include one or more of the following: Onsite wage interviews for work performed, submitting HUD certified payroll for work performed, and/or requests to provide/submit paystubs or timecards to show hourly rate paid for work performed.
