Clackamas Countys Behavioral Health Division is seeking qualified programs and organizations to provide A&D Recovery Housing to Clackamas County Residents as more fully described in Scope of Work section Deadline to Submit Clarifying Questions - October 25, 2022, 5:00 PM The funding provided through BHD is from the County Financial Assistance Agreement (CFAA) with the State of Oregon, Oregon Health Authority, specifically Service Element A&D 66 (SE 66), Non-federal funds for a total of $45,000 per year. Procurement Process and Technical Questions: Thomas Candelario, tcandelario@clackasmas.us Scope: Contractor will provide stable alcohol and drug-free permanent housing for women involved with Department of Human Services (DHS). Program must support women in an effort to reunify with their children in foster care. Contractor services must include a structured living program within each house. Criteria for residence o Be actively involved in an outpatient substance use program or part of Drug or Mental Health Court o Maintained sobriety for a minimum of thirty (30) days o Must be homeless and have a disability. Substance Use Disorder (SUD) is considered a disability. o Must have some form of income and the ability to contribute to rent. o Must have an open case with DHS and a desire for the children to be returned to parental case with appropriate safeguards in place. o Must not have a conviction for sexual abuse
