The Plum Creek Widening - Wolfensberger to Phillip S. Miller Park (MAC) project includes roadway capacity and operational improvements to the intersection of Auburn Drive and Plum Creek Parkway. The project is located just west of downtown Castle Rock beginning at the Coachline and Wolfensberger roundabout and ending at the entrance to the Phillip S. Miller Park (MAC). Within the project limits, Plum Creek intersects two residential streets (Granger Circle and Granger Court and one minor collector (Auburn Drive). The improvements planned to be implemented in this project are roadway widening to accommodate a four lane typical roadway section from Wolfensberger to the entrance of the park, pedestrian and bicycle access improvements, intersection improvements at the intersection of Auburn Drive and Plum Creek Parkway along with water detention and water quality improvements.
