Preventive maintenance and repair services for Martin County on the Hobe Sound Drawbridge. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision and labor personnel, equipment, and materials as necessary to provide complete maintenance services. It is anticipated that additional bridge work and/or sites may be added or deleted during the term of the agreement. Bridge tending services are not required under this Contract. The Hobe Sound Drawbridge, bridge number 890107 is located at 9825 SE Bridge Road, Hobe Sound, Florida, mile 996, Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. The maximum total value of this contract shall not exceed $900,000.00 over the life of the contract. The Term of the Contract shall be for a period of three (3) years provided both parties are in agreement and there are no changes to the terms and conditions. The County shall reserve the right to terminate the Contract in accordance with the provisions under the Terms & Conditions herein. The contract may be renewed for two additional 1-year terms, at the Countys sole discretion, for a total maximum term of five (5) years. The awardee agrees to this condition by signing their bid.
