The purpose of this Invitation For Bid (IFB 23-007DR-23IFB) is to enter into a contract with a contractor to provide Evap replacement in Building M & G - Tempe High School. Questions Due Date: Aug 31 2022, 5:00 PM MST Please must be submit all questions through Tempe Union High School District The scope of work for the Evap replacement Building M & G will consist of the following: 1.1. The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, parts, materials, apparatuses and all things necessary to complete this project; 1.2. Responsible for removal and disposal of all debris and unused parts, materials and equipment; 1.3. Building M - HVAC replacement at rooftop mechanical well over lockers and gym support spaces. Replacement to be like for like and utilize interior existing ductwork; 1.4. Building G - replacement of one single rooftop mechanical unit. Replacement to be like for like and utilize interior existing ductwork; 1.5. The pricing sheets indicate only probable items intended for procurement. Tempe Union High School District reserves the right to limit the procurement only to the items actually required during the award period; and 1.6. All materials and supplies requested by the Department must be of professional-grade, commercial quality/support along with all any warranty information. In accordance with the School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.C.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. 15-213, competitive sealed proposals for the materials or services specified will be received by the Tempe Union High School District, at the above specified location, until the time and date cited. Proposals will be electronically received by the Tempe Union High School District at tuhsd.bonfirehub.com, until the time and date cited. Proposals received by the correct time and date shall be opened and only the name of the Offerors shall be publicly read and recorded. All other information contained in the bid shall remain confidential until award is made. The official time will be determined by the clock designated by the school district.
