The City of Stuttgart, Arkansas was awarded a States' Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP) grant from the Delta Regional Authority to replace the existing culvert that is located under the access road at the Stuttgart Municipal Airport. The City of Stuttgart is interested in acquiring the services of a professional engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with the State of Arkansas' procurement requirements. All RFQ responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The terms of any contract for professional services awarded in conjunction with this RFQ shall be subject to Delta Regional Authority's approval. The City of Stuttgart reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive any informalities or technicalities and to choose the respondent deemed most advantageous and to serve the best interests of Stuttgart. This is a qualifications-based request and any mention of fees or price will disqualify your submittal. The City of Stuttgart is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
