The analysis of the tenders will be carried out according to an evaluation system which uses a weighting grid including the price. This analysis will be carried out, initially, according to the qualitative criteria selected, without the prices proposed by the tenderers being known to the members of the selection committee, all for the sake of transparency. Any indication of the price of the tender or any information making it possible to know this price elsewhere than in the price envelope (envelope No. 2) could result in the rejection of the tender. The tender and the price offer must therefore be presented in two (2) sealed and separate opaque envelopes of adequate size bearing the respective mentions: No1 OFFER OF SERVICE and No2 OFFER OF PRICE.
