The planned interventions include the installation of a stabilization structure, the repair of the roadway and the carrying out of revegetation work. The planned work will be carried out over a linear distance of approximately 29.1 metres. At this location, the planned stabilization structure will include excavation work, placement of riprap and revegetation work. Said work will be carried out on the wall of the section of the embankment on the west bank of Saint-André stream bordering Saint-André row. The protective riprap will be made up an upper layer (carapace) of blasted stones resting on a filter layer also made up of blasted stones. Prior to the start of work, the contractor must ask the City and public utility companies to locate their cables, wires and conduits in the field. The construction work must be completed by December 23, 2022 at the latest. However, revegetation work must be carried out between mid-May and mid-June. Subsequently, vegetation must be guaranteed for a minimum period of 24 months. The owner is requesting bids for the work described above. They must be presented in a single envelope and the tenderer must be clearly identified. One (1) original and two (2) copies of the tender documents will be given to the contracting authority in this envelope, with the mention of the documents included (original, copy). This will be sealed and will bear the name and call for tenders number GEN-2022-21 as well as the identification of the tenderer.
