Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monroe, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Concrete replacement, including curbs and gutter and drive aprons for the following streets: Todhunter Road, Wicklow Lane, Tarryton Court, Fox Run Place, and Ridgeway Court. All projects shall be completed with topsoil, seed and straw and the contractor is responsible for maintenance of traffic control at all times during construction. No road closures will be permitted.
