Project Location: 200 Springs Rd, Bedford, MA 01730. Magnitude Of Construction: Between $25,000 and $100,000. The project required replacing the existing doors at the entrance to the ramp connecting Building 4 to building 80. Carefully remove existing doors and frames and recycle. Provide replacement metal door leaves and metal frame, door-mounted closers, panic hardware, and hold open devices, (providing a 90-minute Fire Rating), all connected to the Fire Alarm system and existing PACS system. Override by panic devices to allow egress both before and after fire alarm activated is required. The task order performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of written NTP. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
