The Town of Bedford is seeking quotes for paving work at our Parker Road Pump Station. This work shall include any fine grading needed as well as paving a 2" top course around pump chambers and manholes as well as paving a driveway and parking area which is to be done in 2 lifts, A 2" base course and 1.5" top course. Price shall include all materials and labor. All work performed under this contact shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of satisfactory completion. The Contractor shall be responsible for promptly repairing/replacing any area which is deemed unacceptable by the Town. All damages or losses due to deficient materials or workmanship shall be reimbursed by the Contractor. A rough sketch is attached with approximate dimensions All work shall be completed no later than October 31, 2022. Wages are subject to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards per M.G.L., Chapter 149, and Section 26 to 27G.
