Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Brinston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Municipality of South Dundas invites Request for Tender (RFT) submissions from qualified contractors and/or suppliers for the supply and installation of new flooring and bathroom upgrades at Matilda Hall located at 4421 County Road 16 as outlined within the RFT. The project includes a major renovation to the existing facility. The scope includes the removal of existing tile flooring and replacement with new Laminate Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. There is a need for complete demolition and renovation of the existing bathroom facilities, including new stalls, fixtures, and wall finishes. Additionally, there are other minor repairs within the facility, specifically in the Janitors room adjacent to the washrooms.
