The project includes a major renovation to the existing facility. The scope includes the removal of existing tile flooring and replacement with new Laminate Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. There is a need for complete demolition and renovation of the existing bathroom facilities, including new stalls, fixtures, and wall finishes. Additionally, there are other minor repairs within the facility, specifically in the Janitors room adjacent to the washrooms.
