Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,016-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
General Contractor Required for the Demolition and New Build of the Mountain Drive Field House. Project scope includes the demolition of the existing field house structure located at 935 Concession Street. Disconnection of the existing water and sanitary service at the main and installation of new lateral services to the new field house are also included in the scope. The new field house will consist of three washrooms (female, male and universal gender neutral), mechanical and storage rooms. The structure will be a prefabricated insulated concrete panel system and is to be winterized for year round use. A crushed limestone path surrounding the building with a pathway leading to Concession Street is also included within the scope of work.
