**As of August 31, 2022 no bids were received for this project . No definite date for the rebid.** The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon will receive sealed bids for the replacement of approximately 220 door locks at the Authority's Stevens Towers and Washington Arms developments. Work will include, but is not limited to: removal of existing manual door locks; installation of new electronic access control locksets; installation of new electric door strikes and installation of required gateways/controllers. All products to be provided must be compatible with the Authority's existing access control system and existing restricted lock system. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid, is required with all bids in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon, U.S. Government Bonds, or a bid bond executed by the bidder and security company in the form as enclosed with the bid documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the prevailing salaries and wages as set forth in these specifications. The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding for up to sixty (60) days. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon.
