Site work and new construction of a civil project in Tavares, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of approximately 1,250 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 5,720 linear feet of 16-inch reclaimed water main, 2,915 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sewer, 3,060 linear feet of 8-inch sewer force main, seventeen new sewer manholes, the conversion of one existing lift station to sewer manhole, one new lift station and the restoration of disturbed areas within and adjacent to Woodlea Road. liquidated damages for delay (but not as a penalty) CONTRACTOR shall pay OWNER Five Hundred dollars ($500.00) for each day
