The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to demolish existing pip- ing in Well No. 2, 3 and 4, modifications to existing pipe layout, installation of new isolation and flow control valves, includ- ing electrical/instrumentation; improve- ments to the fountain line, installation of a new access platform, boiler replace- ment, and hazardous material abatement at the Wachusett Dam Lower Gatehouse. Each General Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capac- ity rating to perform the Work and an Up- date Statement. In order to be eligible to bid, a General Bidder must be certified in the following category of work: Sewage and Water Treatment Plants or Mechanical Systems Each Filed Sub-Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM showing that the Sub-Bidder has been certified to participate on public construction projects and perform the class of work for which the Sub-Bid is submit- ted. Each Filed Sub-Bid must also be ac- companied with an Update Statement.
