The following is a general, but not necessarily complete, description of the work to be constructed under the Contract. The list below is not intended to specify the order of construction/execution. The Works includes, but is not limited to, the following: For Repairs of Sewer main and Appurtenances for various locations within the City of Toronto: Part A - Wards 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 Part B - Wards: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 17, and 18 Contract Duration: From date of award to June 30, 2023 plus one (1) option term of one (1) year Specific mandatory requirements as outlined in Part 4 - Form C. 1. Mandatory Experience: Must have completed a minimum of three (3) similar linear infrastructure projects, as defined in the scope of work in Part 3 working directly for a municipality with a minimum contract value of $2,500,000.00 dollars each (excluding taxes) within the past five (5) years 2. Copy of a current and valid Certificate of Recognition (COR(TM)): The Supplier are required to provide their valid COR(TM) Certificate and/or a letter of good standing from IHSA or an equivalent OHS Certification.
