The Shelby County Land Reutilization Corporation (Land Bank) and the City of Sidney (City), in partnership, have received funding through the State of Ohio Capital Budget and the State of Ohio Brownfield Remediation grant for the demolition and remediation of an environmentally impaired property located in the City of Sidney, Ohio. The Land Bank and City are requesting qualification statements and proposals (RFQ/RFP) from qualified environmental and/or other qualified consulting firms to perform necessary functions for the oversight of demolition and clean-up of the site known as WagnerWare.
