Bids are invited for the supply of Polymer or other Flocculant/Coagulant product(s) for use by the City of Sunnyvale. The City intends to enter into one or more contracts for an initial period of three-years with an option to renew the contract(s) for renew the contract for up to three (3) one-year periods if pricing, service, and product remain acceptable to the City. Based on historical usage for the WPCP's current polymer product, the expected total volume of material to be purchased is on the order of 60,000 100,000 gallons per year (600,000 1,000,000 lb/yr). Actual quantities to be purchased may vary widely from this amount in any year.
