Bids Are Solicited and a Contract Award Will Be Made Pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as Amended (Title 61, O.s. 1981, Sections 101-136 Et Seq.) a 5% Bid Bond or a Cashiers Check in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Will Be Required to Bid on This Project.
