The City of Union, in Union County, Oregon, is seeking professional services to be provided by a Control System Supplier (CSS) to act as Integrator of Record to upgrade or maintain the existing water and wastewater treatment plant control systems, assist the City with future control system needs, and provide electrical services as required. Doug Wiggins, acting as City of Union City Administrator, shall act as the facilitator for this proposal process: admin@cityofunion.com, phone: 541-562-5197. The City of Union may, for good cause, reject any or all proposals upon finding it is in the public interest to do so and to rescind the award at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties with no liability against the City of Union. o The outside of the envelope shall be clearly marked: "RFP - Professional Services - Integrator of Record" o All proposals shall be in the format requested or they may be rejected by the City of Union. o It shall be the Proposer's responsibility to ensure that the proposal is delivered to the City of Union at the specified address above before the time and date set for proposal closing as noted in the solicitation. o The City of Union shall not be responsible for proposals delivered to any location other than the address listed above. Proposals delivered to another address or past due date and time shall be considered non-responsive. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
