Est. Value Notes: $225,000 to $300,000 The City of Union, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of E. Chestnut Street Improvements - 2022. The Work for this Contract primarily consists of reconstructing E. Chestnut Street between Main Street and Cove Street. Reconstruction will include removing the existing road surface and base, placing new base rock, and installing a new asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) surface. The Project will include approximately 575 tons of ACP and 1,800 tons of base rock. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This Project is being funded in part through the Oregon Department of Transportation, Small Cities Allotment Program Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
