Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lakeview, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Proposals can be mailed, delivered, or submitted by e-mail. This Request for Proposal is part of a competitive selection process to engage a firm to provide design-build delivery services for the Project. The Project consists of electrical upgrades to the Lake County Fairgrounds facility. Work will include upgrades to two existing service connections from PacifiCorp and one new electrical service from PacifiCorp as well as installation of approximately 7,000 feet of trenching and 11,000 feet of conduit. Allowances for future construction and loads will be included. This is a public works project and is subject to Oregon Prevailing Wage and Oregon Public Works requirements. This project will upgrade the entire fairgrounds electrical system. Work will include upgrades to two existing service connections from PacifiCorp and one new electrical service from PacifiCorp as well as installation of approximately 7,000 feet of trenching and 11,000 feet of conduit. Allowances for future construction and loads will be included. Work to existing livestock barns will be kept to a minimum in compliance with current electrical codes. The site is divided into three service areas; the electrical distribution will service each area from a designated PacifiCorp service. In general, all overhead lines will be removed, except in places designated to remain. A site layout and base plan of the electrical upgrades is attached.
