Purpose. The intent of this contract is pumping wastewater from vault toilet (outhouse) holding tanks at each individual recreation site, removing and disposing of all wastewater in an acceptable manner at a licensed disposal facility in accordance with commercial standards, state and federal law, rules, and regulations, and the requirements of this contract. All pumping shall be performed by a licensed septic pumper/hauler as per Oregon State's requirements and guidelines. 1.2. Location and Description. The Vault Toilets/outhouses in the Bureau of Land Management, Lakeview Field Office, Oregon. See attached vault toilet's location maps. 1.3. Period of Performance. May 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024, for a base period, and four (4) option periods of 1-year each. 1.4. Access. Generally, the sites are accessible traveling along paved and graveled road systems. Accessibility of all sites is weather dependent. Period of Performance: 05/01/2023 to 04/30/2028 GENERAL. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). L.1.1 Electronic Submission. Electronic quotation will be electronically submitted via email to kkkaralus@blm.gov L.1.2 Requests for Information. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Kim Karalus via e-mail to kkkaralus@blm.gov by 3/13/2023 @ 11:00 PT. L.2.0 QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS. The quotation shall be submitted in one part consisting of price section.
