Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lakeview, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work being considered is: 1. Reconstruction of Taxiway A (Approximately 12,500 SY); 2. Removal of existing shed cross section and replace with crown cross section; 3. Construction of pavement markings; 4. Construction of elevated reflectors; 5. Construction of pavement underdrains; 6. Construction of miscellaneous drainage structures and pipe to adequately drain the site; and 7. Miscellaneous site grading to accommodate Taxiway reconstruction work. 8. Miscellaneous electrical work to accommodate Taxiway reconstruction work. This contract will be funded, in part, by a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration. As such, it will be subject to federal requirements. These include, but are not limited to: 1) Buy American Preference 2) Foreign Trade Restriction 3) Prevailing Wage Rates.
