Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will reconfigure Holland Road as a six-lane superstreet by adding additional through lanes in both directions from South Independence Boulevard to South Plaza Trail and by installing Restricted Crossing U-Turn (R-CUT), which helps reduce crashed, intersections at the intersections that lack a traffic signal. The project will also include continuous five-foot wide sidewalk on both sides of Holland Road, as well as LED street lights and installation of bus shelters at four existing bus stops. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of July 27, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
