Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Port Sydney, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The intent of this request is to find a qualified contractor to remove and dispose of the existing flooring at the Port Sydney Community Hall and to supply and install solid plank, tongue and grooved 3/4 inch thick by 3 inch wide select and better unfinished maple hardwood. The new floors are to be sanded to remove any irregularities and prep for finish on site with 3 coats of Poloplaz Supreme finish, allowing recommended drying time between coats.
