Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Port Sydney, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The intent of this Request is to receive proposals for the refurbishment of the existing Tennis Courts found at Clarke Crescent / Spring Creek Lane. The end product will include: One tennis court, two Pickle ball courts, one basketball surface. In response to thorough community consultation, this revitalization of this neighbourhood park is planned for spring 2022. Materials used for this project must be medium to high quality in terms of maintenance, lifespan, gauge of fencing and source. Higher quality, greater lifespan and low maintenance products will be given a higher score in the evaluation of the proposal. See section 18 Specification of Duties for details.
