Storm Damage Cleanup Questions should be addressed to the Procurement Manager in writing by August 1, 2022. Questions submitted after this date will not be answered. If the answer materially affects this procurement, the information will be issued in an addendum, posted on the website. Written communications should be addressed as follows: City of Bowling Green Procurement Manager's Office 1017 College Street Bowling Green, Kentucky 42101 OR purchasing@bgky.org A Bid Bond shall be submitted with your bid as required by KRS 45A.430. A cashier's check, or certified check, may be substituted for the Bid Bond. Also, an irrevocable letter of credit from a state or federally chartered bank may be substituted as a form of a Bid Bond. The Bid Bond shall be in the amount of $5,000. A Performance and Payment Bond shall not be required. Depending upon the project, a Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond may be required. If necessary, the City's Legal Department and/or Purchasing Agent shall provide all applicable language in a separate agreement that is to be signed by the Service Provider. The City of Bowling Green, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all bids received in response to this bid offering, and to waive any informality in this bid offering. The award of a contract shall be at the sole discretion of the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky
