Separate sealed bids for the construction of a total of four, one story apartment buildings (3 duplex buildings consisting of 2, two bedroom units each) and (1 triplex building consisting of 3, two bedroom units each) for the Housing Authority of Bowling Green/Live the Dream, Bowling Green, Kentucky Bids must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope with the name of the contractor listed in the upper left hand corner. The bidder shall submit three (3) verifiable references for a similar type of project with his/her bid documents. References shall include type of job, address of job, reference's name, address and tele- phone number. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Housing Authority of Bowling Green, 247 Double Springs Road, Bowling Green, Kentucky Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such set promptly and in good condition and within 10 days from bid opening, will be refunded his/her payment within 15 days of receipt of the documents. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
