The Water/Wastewater Division of Bowling Green Municipal Utilities request sealed Bids on the supply of water service line materials and associated fittings for its water service lines upgrade program. All bidders are welcome to attend. Any bid received at the designated location after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive and will not be evaluated for award. Faxed or emailed responses will not be evaluated for award. Each sealed envelope containing a proposal must be plainly marked on the outside as BID-RFB# BID ; GSR-SERVICE MATERIALS. The envelope should bear on the outside the name and address of the bidder. For detailed specifications and bid documents contact Keith Williams at kwilliams@bgmu.com. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to accept the lowest bid or lowest evaluated bid. All bids shall be evaluated on the following criteria: Cost, Qualifications/Experience, Past Record with BGMU, References, Timeliness, Compliance with Bid Specifications, Quality of Materials, Financial Stability, and Compliance with Law.
